Diagonales : son, vibration et musique combines visits to exhibitions in ten regions in France, as well as in Benelux, and brings together 20 contemporary art centers around a common issue: the place of sound and music in contemporary creation from the 1960s to the present, as seen through a selection of works from the Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP). QUICKSCAN NL#01 – PHOTOGRAPHY NOW

The Nederlands Fotomuseum has started the new exhibition series Quickscan NL about the most recent developments in the photography in The Netherlands. In this first edition approximately 25 photographers and artists show their work, not older than two years and mostly for the first time on show. DEUX ÉTERNITÉS PROCHES

Cette exposition est le reflet d’une amitié profonde entre deux artistes, Bill Viola et Thierry Kuntzel (décédé en 2007) qui ont en partage des façons proches d’occuper le temps et l’espace.
L’exposition conçue par Raymond Bellour et Bill Viola tresse un jeu savant de confrontation entre des installations et des bandes vidéo des deux artistes.
